Forward Avenue might not sound familiar to first-time visitors, but you’re basically positioned where you can get downtown easily without dealing with all the tourist chaos. What really sold me on this spot is the free parking — and I’m talking about actual on-site parking, not some sketchy lot three blocks away. For couples especially, this area works really well because you’ve got that perfect balance of being close to everything but still feeling like you have your own space.

These aren’t just regular hotel rooms with a fancy name slapped on them. Each room genuinely feels like a suite, with separate living areas that give you room to actually spread out and relax. The layouts are smart — you know how some hotels cram everything together and call it spacious? Well, these guys actually understand how people want to use their space. The beds are comfortable (not just hotel-comfortable, but actually comfortable), and the bathrooms have enough counter space that you won’t be fighting over where to put your stuff.

What Sets It Apart

You know what I really appreciated? The little things that show they’re paying attention. The Wi-Fi actually works properly throughout the building, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, and the housekeeping staff seems to understand that some people like their belongings left exactly where they put them. The property consistently gets high marks from guests — I’m talking 8.7 out of 10 — and after staying there, I can see why. It’s not trying to be flashy or over-the-top; it’s just doing everything well.

  Beautiful apartment, very modern and spacious. Well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Close to westboro and the river walking path which made for a short 45 min walk to downtown while enjoying water views. Not sure how I did it, but left my wedding rings on the nightstand when we checked out and received a message from them advising they found the rings. They were really great and shipped the rings to me as we had already left Ottawa for our next destination. Massive thanks to the cleaner and staff for returning my rings!!

  We have been using this apart/hotel quite a few times and although we have not met the host, he is always available by telephone to try to help us or answer our questions. The facilities are spacious and have all the commodities that we need. All the units we have been in are spacious. Our favourite is the two bedroom with two king beds and separate bathroom as the living room is very spacious and we were able to accommodate our visiting family.
