Very clean and cost-effective accommodations in the centre of Ottawa. The owner was very helpful and nice. I selected the smallest room, which was indeed on the small side but perfect for a solo one-night stay. I appreciated both Nespresso and a tea kettle in the room.

Proprietor was very nice.

The hotel is spotless, and very well maintained, with nice plants in the staircase, and a very nice entrance. From the moment you enter, you are heated by a huge base of flowers, the reception is in the basement, one level down, and the rooms occupy three levels. Spotless white is the dominant theme, when you reach the third floor, you are greeted with green plants over the railing, and it is really beautiful. You will not be able to find a speck of dust on the staircase or the rooms.
The whole building is old but in great shape. The rooms are on the small side, but again spotless, you can literally eat off the floor, the rooms are simple but well furnished, with bright white sheets and duvet, and pillows are more on the soft side, but comfy. There is an iron board, an iron, as well as a stand for the luggage, along with a red bathrobe in the closet.
Very pleasant stay overall.Erum from Canada (9/10)

Julie from Canada (9/10)
Comfortable, close to everything : Byward Market, Parliament Hill, Sparks Street. Staff very friendly. They let us leave our bikes on the terrace in the back that was locked so it felt very safe.
