  Upon entering you are treated well, respectfully and promptly. Then to travel to the room, there are high-end looks, layouts and options for comfort in the room. An all around nice stay!

  Beds were very comfortable. The toiletries were excellent. The rooms nicely appointed. The lobby had a great smelling candle that made you feel like being at home. Cristof the manager went out of his way to make sure our stay was extra comfortable. He was exceptional.

  This is our second stay at the Ottawa location and it’s great. The rooms are spacious and going for the prestige room was so worth it. The underground parking was right beside the hotel and location is super for shopping and restaurants.
