The hotel offers free private parking, which is huge if you’re driving (and let’s be real, parking downtown can be a nightmare). You’re close enough to the action but far enough out that you’re not dealing with constant noise. I noticed a lot of couples seemed to really appreciate the area, and after spending a few days there, I get why.

The Room Experience

The rooms at Hampton by Hilton Ottawa are exactly what you hope for — clean, functional, and surprisingly comfortable. The beds really are as good as advertised, and I’m someone who usually has trouble sleeping in hotels. There’s something about the mattress and pillow combination that just works. I appreciated that they had both hot and cold options, plus some healthier choices mixed in with the more indulgent stuff.
